1. Acceptance of Terms

By using InkVision ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the app immediately.

2. Description of Service

InkVision provides AI-powered tattoo design generation, virtual skin placement previews, AR try-on, and collection management. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise authorized.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it updated.

4. Acceptable Use & Content Guidelines

You agree to use InkAiGen responsibly and not to generate, save, or share content that is unlawful or that you do not have the right to use. Because InkAiGen uses AI to generate images from your text prompts, you must not request or attempt to generate any of the following:

  • Sexual or explicitly sexual content, nudity, or pornography
  • Hate speech, hate symbols, or imagery promoting discrimination, racism, or supremacy (for example, Nazi or neo-Nazi symbols)
  • Real, identifiable people — including celebrities, public figures, politicians, or private individuals — or any content that impersonates another person
  • Content depicting or sexualizing minors in any way
  • Extreme violence, gore, dismemberment, or content that glorifies real-world harm or illegal acts
  • Instructions, depictions, or promotion of illegal activities, weapons of mass destruction, or drug manufacturing
  • Content that defames, harasses, or threatens any person or protected group
  • Content that infringes another party's intellectual property, including copyrighted designs or trademarks

Standard tattoo imagery — such as skulls, daggers, serpents, flames, dragons, and religious or mythological symbols — is permitted and common within tattoo artistry.

We use automated content filtering to screen prompts before generation, and we reserve the right to block, remove, or restrict any content or account that violates these guidelines. You can report any inappropriate generated design from within the app using the Report option. Violations may result in content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your account.

You also agree not to:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models or source code
  • Share, sell, or redistribute generated content commercially without a commercial license
  • Use the Service in any way that could damage or disrupt the Service or servers

5. AI-Generated Content

Tattoo designs and skin previews are generated by AI models. We do not guarantee that generated designs will be unique, accurate, or suitable for actual tattooing. You are solely responsible for consulting a licensed tattoo artist before getting any design inked on your body. InkVision is a design and visualization tool — not medical or professional tattoo advice.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and the content you generate for personal use. The InkVision application, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is the property of InkVision and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Subscriptions and Billing

InkVision offers a free tier with limited generations and a Pro subscription billed through Apple's App Store using StoreKit. Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID settings.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific results from AI generation. Any reliance on generated designs is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

InkVision shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to any dissatisfaction with generated tattoo designs or their use in actual tattooing.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
